As General Vandegrift and the Marine Raiders pour over the documents left behind by General Kiyotake Kawaguchi, they must determine exactly where the seasoned Japanese General and his 5,000 men will attack. Will it be from the Matanikau? Alligator Creek? Or an obscure spine of coral south of Henderson perfectly aligned for a major push by an army ready to burst from the rainforest with blazing rifles and cries of Banzai on their lips.
With command divided on this point, Major Al Decker and his squad must once again venture into the dangerous jungles of Guadalcanal.
