It Worked!
Even though this is only a 50-minute audio, it has 2 sessions on it. Thought the British accent would get in the way, but after the first couple of listens, it didn't bother me, and I found this a terrific tape. Used it the week before I flew, and was very pleased, helped me tremendously.

This audible book has really helped me in overcoming my fear of flying. the concept is clear and simple. By listening to tape regularly , i gained confidence. The day of flying ,everything looked familiar and i didnt fear any more.

Using in conjunction with some other methods
Desperately afraid of flying so I always try to find different exercises to try to help me before I have to get on a plane. This time it's my first "long haul" (11 hours then another five). I downloaded this to try to help and it at least relaxes me a bit. I listen to the first chapter during the day and the second at night. Wish me luck!
