I love referring back to the supporting PDF too.

To download the PDF file that accompanies your Audible audiobook, follow these steps:

very good

this book was very informative, motivating in terms of making a lot of good changes. I feel that I kind of knew a lot of them, but she goes into depth and explains things really well for a lay person. I do feel I would recommend this other people to read. I feel that I probably will listen to it again since there was a lot of really great information.

Excellent book about women's cycle and hormones!

I really like this book. I like the way how Lisa explain women cycle, how hormones work and how to help to change life by working with my self. I take one star because for me there was to much advertisement to Floliving. I tried the Application, webpage, but it's made more for Americans and if you don't have big money what you can put in this program than these advertisements make you feel a bit bad.

A must for womsn health

I wish, I was given this information since I was 12. It is a very interesting and complete read. I recommended it to all the women I love.

Useful

This is useful especially if you are someone who has been pushing yourself for years, eating processed or low fat foods, and think being type A is great. That said I'm not that sort of person so a lot of this I already knew, so it's a book for women really at the beginning. The diet regimen is too strict in my opinion because I think we're all a bit different and need to listen to our body not another person to tell us what we need, but again if you are very disconnected from your body then her plan is a good one,

Love her point that we women in the west have been taught to value our masculine traits above all, so true and unfortunate. All in all a useful book. Thank you.

Exceptional advice that's working!

Alisa is amazing! I now feel equipped and empowered to make dietary & lifestyle changes to feel better. I started making dietary changes 4 days ago after I started listening to this audiobook and I'm already beginning to feel a little better. Can't wait to see how I'm feeling after 2wks, 2months...2yrs...20yrs! Thanks, Alisa, for sharing your knowledge and wisdom!
