©2003 Ann Coulter; (P)2003 Books on Tape, Inc.
Dear Lord. does this author go to bed and dream up her material and then try to pass it off as non-fiction. I tried to verify a dozen or more of her "facts" and came up with pure fabrication or misrepresentation every time. There ought to be a law! I put this book out at a garage sale last week and at the end of the day it was still there. Apparently other people knew somehing about this author I didn't. Ah, well, live and learn.
Truly, Anne Coulter is either mentally ill, utterly unconcerned with the immorality of her constant fabrications and slander, or just incredibly stupid. The only thing which could eclipse the staggering idiocy contained in this book would be that found in her many fans.
Quite simply, I bought the abridged version, and while its possible that the unabridged version somehow cures all the ills of the abridged version, in comparing the two I STRONGLY suggest to you that the only difference is that the longer one simply containd more lies and mistakes. If you MUST buy this book do yourself a favor and purchase the shorter version. You can use the time you save to do something infinately more educational and entertaining (such as sitting alone in a dark room twiddling your fingrers).
