The Mammoth Book of Cover-Ups: The Most Disturbing Conspiracies of All Time | [Jon E. Lewis]

The Mammoth Book of Cover-Ups: The Most Disturbing Conspiracies of All Time

Uncover why the Titanic sank, ponder the sinister Vatican/Mafia network that plotted the assassination of liberal John Paul, find out why NASA 'lost' its files on Mars, read why no-one enters Area 51, and consider why medical supplies were already on site at Edgware Road before the 7/7 bombs detonated. Just because you are paranoid, it doesn't mean that they aren't out to conspire against you.

love to read and love audio books!Favorite authors: Marcia Willett,Nevil Shute,Mary Stewart, and Jacqueline Winspear. I could go on and on but wont bore you! I belong to a book group and we often" Listen" to the books we have selected for the month while using a paper copy for the discussion notes. It really enhances the quality of the story.

    "An Interesting and Fun Read."

The title intrigued me so I bought the book! I really did not know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised! There were a lot of facts presented that were previously unknown to me. The alert Levels at the end of each "conspiracy theory" story was quite entertaining and spot on as far as believability. Take a chance on this one!

    "Waste of time."

Didn't care for this book at all. British reader is hard to understand. The alert level warning at the end of the chapter is silly and hard to understand.

    "well written but overtly dismissive"
Would you try another book from Jon E. Lewis and/or Peter Marinker?

the author basically dismisses the bulk of conspiracy evidence. the killer: "the mass of evidence regarding 911 clearly points to al queda and osama bin ladin." unbelievalbe.

    "Nice compilation of stories."
What did you like most about The Mammoth Book of Cover-Ups?

A great compilation but very annoying alarm sound after each one.

    Any additional comments?

Would be really good if that annoying alarm sound was removed.
