For years, economist Robert Frank has been encouraging his students to use economics to explain the situations they encounter in everyday life, from peculiar product design to the vagaries of sex appeal. Now he shares the most intriguing questions and the economic principles that answer them to reveal why many of the most puzzling parts of daily life actually make perfect (economic) sense.

"Maybe you want answers related to economics.."
Compact, Funny, Interesting
I was surprised how many interesting facts I can learn from such a questionary. In fact, some of the answers were very surprising and make quite a lot sense. Various economical laws and dependencies were the basis of these answers.
"Crystallises common sense"
Ever get that feeling that something is just common sense? Well this book gives us the Economist's insight as to what constitutes that sense, as well as much else. He clearly explains concepts that we already know to be true, such as the Opportunity Cost of giving ones time, in plain language and with really good examples throughout.
A perfect introduction to economics, but mostly a really good listen into the reasons behind myriad everyday oddities!
