Three years after the Supreme Court struck down a Nebraska abortion ban on the grounds that it lacked a health exception and that its broad language prohibited many common abortion methods, Congress passed a nearly identical ban. Every federal court to review the federal ban has declared it unconstitutional.
These two cases represent legal challenges to that ban, the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003.

I give this presentation one star only because a lower indicator is not available. The presentation of the defenders before the US Supreme Court were at best confused and constantly repeated themselves. I was really disappointed in listening to Justice Ginsgerg. She has such a boring voice. I wonder how many members of the audience fell asleep during her oratory?
