Publisher's summary

The hottest and most controversial book of the year! Find out who really controls the media in America.

“[Ann Coulter] is never in doubt. And that, along with her bright writing, sense of irony and outrage, and her relish at finally hitting back at political opponents (especially in the media) is what makes Slander such refreshing and provocative reading.” (Los Angeles Times)

“[Ann Coulter] is a fluent polemicist with a gift for Menckenesque invective...and she can harness such language to subtle, syllogistic argument.” (Washington Post Book World)

“The most popular nonfiction book in America.” (New York Times)

“The real value of Slander...is not in the jokes or devastating exposés of liberal politicians and their allies, but the serious and scholarly study of just how entrenched the media prejudice is against anyone whose politics are even faintly conservative.” (New York Sun)

“Written with a great deal of passion...the real source of its strength - and its usefulness - was its painstaking marshalling of evidence....More important than [High Crimes and Misdemeanors] because it addresses a much broader issue, and one of lasting significance.” (National Review)

Ann Stop Telling the Truth Please

How much can one women know to say this much garbage about the democrats? The Answer is more than most; Ann spills the Liberal beans on a vast array of hidden little secrets.

I recommend this book to anyone who cares to realize how the liberal Left likes to twist the truth. If you are a Liberal then you should examine all the garbage Ann spills out into the light. Make you bias choice to condemn what she says as lies and go on with your eyes wide shut.

A simple suggestion...

Quite simply, I bought the abridged version, and while its possible that the unabridged version somehow cures all the ills of the abridged version, in comparing the two I STRONGLY suggest to you that the only difference is that the longer one simply containd more lies and mistakes. If you MUST buy this book do yourself a favor and purchase the shorter version. You can use the time you save to do something infinately more educational and entertaining (such as sitting alone in a dark room twiddling your fingrers).

A breakdown of the Liberal agenda

Great book! Slander is a thorough analysis of the political landscape in the 20th century. The author doles out the truth behind the liberal ideology and their attempts to shut down conservatives from every walk of life. Ann details the complete hypocrisy of the Democrat party and their twisted power grabbing agenda to destroy America and transform our great country into a godless, hedonistic cesspool of socialism.

The Coulterism Logic

Ann Coulter is a political savant that on Fox News has radiated with the oneness of an advanced conservative Jedi as she hacks and slashes asinine liberal ideology with careful placed thrusts of her light saber. The book is an extension of her personality as seen on Fox News with a flair for excessive pandering to conservative ideology, some time to the extent of the absurd. Topics range into very specific areas like the liberal media’s bias, their attacks upon religion, as in the religious right, in America, liberal intolerance/violence and much more news worthy topics, that leaves readers cheering before getting to a point that they are left comatose from her excessive tirades. Overall, the book was enjoyable even though Ann Coulter was very, very, very, very (ok, enough, we get the point) passionate about conservatism.
