Author- 5 stars, Narrator- 1 star

Great book by Levin and a learning experience for me that I am grateful for.

However, I'm through with Jeff Riggenbach and I will not listen to him again. It's a shame for me since he narrates so many titles that interest me.

He mispronounces Mark Levin's name. Even worse, he mispronounces David Souter's last name. How can you read a book about the Supreme Court and not be aware of the current justice's?

I had long suspected that this reader really doesn't know what he is reading; that he merely pronounces sounds (meaningless-to-him) with dramatic enthusiasm. This ignorance of David Souter makes the case. No more Riggenbach for me.

Blackstone: please send Mr. Riggenbach to another section of your library -- give him material that he can understand.

Supreme Court

I think All patriotic Americans assume the SUPREME COURT is fair & just…above corruption & love America. This book reminds us that the judges are merely corruptable humans with perhaps, their own agenda & yet, answer to no one. No wonder the Democrats want to pack the Court with liberal/Socialist Judges who will change/interpret laws to the detriment of the GREATEST NATION ON EARTH!

Information & Events every American should know.

I have noticed the SCOTUS become increasingly political and more activist as the years go by. I have been completely unaware of most if not all the activity behind the scenes. If we don't fix this and stop the Anti-American leftists we are doomed as a country and culture. Educating ourselves on these issues is the first step. Enjoy 😉

An accurate account of the S.Ct. case law.

This book is a concise and timely synopsis of the history of the Supreme Court's case law as it pertains to the Consitution. A good listen for anyone who wants a basic understanding of the subject or a short refresher course on the Court.

Like a legal memorandum...

Very informative and interesting, but sounded like a legal memoranda. Thought provoking.

For me: this was a great education

I will reserve my political views,
It should be obvious by the title the book leans to the right, but eduicational value alone is worth the read

It is a terrible shame that people who have never read the book take the time to "slam" the author-s or points of view of many books for no other reason than to voice their bias if you don't like it, simply don't read it,go to the blogs and hammer away, don't put your "graffiti" in the reviews

Awesome historical and constitutional analysis!

Amazing historical insights in to many of the justices and how the court has used small incremental changes to enable huge shifts away from its constitutional basis.

wow, the history and research

Mark really covers the Bush Gore incident. It parallels 2018 Florida. I never fully understood what happened in Florida during the Bush Gore election. That chapter has become prophesy of what just happened in Florida 2018. The Progressives massive hypocrisy year after year, the same lying, cheating, stealing and success is frightening.

The framer's of the constitution did make their intentions clear. The history is there as evidence in their writings. Judicial tyranny is a nightmare that I personally have experience. This book starts at the beginning and takes you to the current justices.
