Geert Wilders is a hunted man. He lives in a heavily protected safe house that is bombproof and bulletproof. Why? Because Geert Wilders is marked for death by Islamic extremists. In his new book, Marked for Death, Dutch parliamentarian Geert Wilders tells his never-before-published story about the jihad being waged against him—and the West. Revealing how he has been censored, bullied, threatened, and even banished from the UK for politically opposing Islam and for telling the truth about its violent history and nature, Wilders explains why what has happened to him is happening all across the West—and why Americans need to stop the infiltration of radical Islam now. Marked for Death is an eye-opening account of a man who has sacrificed life as he knew it to tell the truth about radical Islam.
Geert Wilders is a politician and leader of the Party for Freedom, the third-largest political party in the Netherlands. He is also known as an outspoken opponent of Islam. His controversial film about his views on Islam, Fitna, received international attention and resulted in his being banned from the UK during part of 2009. That year, the Amsterdam Court of Appeal ordered his prosecution for “incitement to hatred and discrimination.” On June 23, 2011, he was acquitted of the charges.

Before reading/listening to Mr. Wilder's book, I knew of him only as the U.S. media portrayed him: an extreme-right, cult of personality, a one trick pony. I couldn't have been more wrong. This book is an intelligent, thoughtful, and honest statement in opposition to a modern social/spiritual plague. Islam and the misguided fear and political correctness that shield it in the West needs to be confronted. I commend Mr. Wilders for bravely and eloquently doing just that. This book is a top 10 read for me!
This is my first audiobook
Geert is one of my country man and I have been following his movements thru the years I admire his courage. He is marked for death, that's what telling the truth about Islam means.
Yes, and I have recommended it to many friends. It explains Islam and what we can do to combat the creeping Islamization of the West. It is the story of a brave man that we can all relate to.
I loved it and I will probably buy the hardcover version as well because the quotes used were so perfectly suited to the chapters that I would like to incorporate them into my vocabulary.
Mr Wilders has it right about Islam. Westerners need only read the Koran for themselves, to see that he has portrayed Islam accurately. Those who deny that violence is inherent to Islam expose their own ignorance, and lack the courage displayed by Mr. Wilders.
It has great information and is read well.
Geert Wilders is amazing
It is read really well. It is not monotone and easy to understand.
One of the best books out there
This audio book is a most listen to by all IMHO.
This was an incredibly insightful book. I learned a lot; not just about Islam, but also about evil the religion is. It's not a book that slams the Islamic people, it's a book attacks Islam as a political ideology.
The slow and methodical build up of information and evidence as the radical Islamist's are exposed for their unspeakable violence.
The firm verbal backbone of the story.
How the governments have turned a blind eye to this threat to our way of life and liberty!
Absolutely wonderful book. All citizens of western culture need to educate themselves on Islam, and understand its origins, laws, and goals in order to help defend our freedoms for centuries to come!

A fact-filled, gripping book. Extremely well written, very respectful but principled and truthful. I listened to it all in one day. It is daunting to realize the magnitude of the issue, but also inspiring to see how much is already being done to protect freedom. Thank you for boldly writing and releasing this book, and for being persistent in the face grave personal danger. Thank you, and respect.
The author provides a frank and honest viewpoint about his experiences and how his views have changed over the years, including why they have changed. Excellent book.
