If you want to understand Singapore as well Southeast Asia politics, this book is for you. There is so much useful information in this book that I would definitely be listening to it again.

A successful poker player giving his 2 cents on the major players still in the game

This is a short book of distilled opinions of very large topics. So it’s worth going over again to think through why he said some of the things. I like the format, short, direct, and full of practical knowledge. I also enjoyed his short reflection on his own life, his emphasis on self reliance, and his insight that not all problems can be solved by government effectively and efficiently.

Fantastic balance of eastern and western philosophy

Must read for anyone interested in U.S.-China relations in the next several decades. Lee understands where each has the upper hand
