Know the history behind the enemies of freedom

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Men and Women of today who want to transform society with their own agendas are no different from those decades ago. Levin will give you insight to the inner thoughts of men and women in history who have tried to control societies. This is crucial to understanding our battle to preserve the freedom of the individual today!

Have you listened to any of Adam Grupper and Mark R. Levin ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No, but now I will add all Mark Levin's books to my library

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I learned that power hungry people are no different than those of ancient history. Some think that the masses need to be controlled and conformed because the masses are ignorant. These elitists are convinced that only their thoughts and ideas will save the world. They feel that individual freedom will lead to destruction because man can't govern himself! The perpetual lie instilled in elitist-Utopian minds.

A brilliant work that should be read by everyone!

This should be mandatory reading in every school in the land.

It is a brilliant work which underlines the greatness of the American founding and it documents what has and is happening to subvert what the founders tried to do in the way of fending off tyranny.

An important book; not great as audiobook

What did you love best about Ameritopia?

There were many important excepts from The Republic, Utopia, The Communist Manifesto, Second Treatise on Government and The Spirit of the Laws. It provided a nice review of the essence of these works.

Would you recommend Ameritopia to your friends? Why or why not?

I wouldn't recommend the audio version. I don't think that anyone could have read these classic excerpts in an attention grabbing way. Having said that, I think the reader (Grupper) could have done a better job of letting us know when a quote was being read.

Mark Is A GENIUS!

Mark Levin's books should be required reading for every high school student. People need to be educated about how liberals are destroying the country.

Enjoyable

Very pertinent to what is happening in Democratic cities in 2020 and what the radical left has planned for America.

A real eye opener

This was pretty straightforward. There was stuff I knew and stuff I didn't know. It was definitely worth the read.

Well-researched, brilliant argument from history

Mark Levin put together a brilliant, well-researched resource in Ameritopia on what ideas brought about the American Founding as well as the old ideas that have threatened and continue to threaten the preservation of this Republic and the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness and property of its citizenry. This book keeps the reader engaged throughout because of its relevance and how applicable its concepts are in our society. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to understand what the ideas are that made and make this country great, and the ideas that are currently destroying its greatness as we know it. The age old ideas in this book still speak to today's circumstances in 2019, and I am sure they will continue to speak to future societal circumstances as old ideas are always reproduced, repackaged, and reintroduced in one form or another. Additionally, the audio version is excellent. The narrator has a very clear voice that keeps your attention.
