Elle explique les étapes et les mots qui permettent de dire non, invite le lecteur à tester la méthode H3D et l’accompagne vers une abstinence heureuse.
Avec sincérité et pudeur, Laurence Cottet partage son parcours, de la chute dans l’alcoolisme à sa décision de devenir abstinente jusqu’à devenir patiente-experte et créer le mouvement « Janvier sobre » en 2019. La comédienne Marie-Eve Dufresne prend ensuite le relai pour exposer la méthode H3D mise au point par Laurence Cottet.
