    "Access stoped after a year"

    I've been downloading NYTimes for a year. All of a sudden the system stopped giving me the ability to download this subscription. I called and they said they fixed it. It isn't. Now I can't download it again, no download button and I have to call again. Why did I get turned off and you won't turn it on again?

    "Download not working"

    It's not working for the second day.
    I called Customer Service yesterday morning and they said they would "notify tech support."
