Kimbo, to be specific. People often shorten my first name to Andy. I’m a crime reporter for the Carry All News Service (CANS). At the present, my small corner of it is based in London. I got the crummy assignment to investigate how this phony psychic operated. Along the way, I picked up an informant. She’s a Gypsy, consequently that’s what I call her. She told me Jason Holloway had real powers of divination which he read from the stars. Hers, she added, was derived from legitimate means (inheritance) and her not-so-believable crystal ball. Over the course of my (our) investigation, I found out many things. The world wasn’t sane; the Mystic Seer could predict the outcome of the stock market; and never underestimate a Gypsy with a crystal ball. Me? I sorta went along for the ride.
