Great book.

This book was awesome. I really enjoyed it. I picked it up as a daily deal after hearing about the TV show. I listened to this book in a day and a half couldn't put it down. I tried to watch the TV show but couldn't get into it at all the book was so much better.

I listened to the whole thing in one night. couldn't help myself.. I am now going to by the hard cover for my book collection..

couldn't stop listening

Watching the show is what prompted me to read this book. There is little similarity between the two. The book did not disappoint. Exciting and thought provoking, with and absolutely fantastic narrorator. I couldn't stop listening.

Fun story

There are a few inconsistencies that editors should have caught, but I enjoyed it. I’d recommend it.

Disappointing

Felt like it was abridged. Lacking detail that could have made this a great book. Too many predictable and cliched moment.

More like a Steven King book, but entertaining

What did you like best about Zoo? What did you like least?

It was an enjoyable genre change from what I usually read. I liked it for what it was- a completely fictional read with an interesting twist on reality (or what could ever be reality) and with lots of well described animal action. This is coming out as tv series in June. It will be interesting to see how much of it matches the book. Some of the story did gap in places where too much time passed without any explanation as to how it joined back into the present. There were way too many unnecessary chapter breaks, .

Atilla NOT killing the Chloe and child.

Was Zoo worth the listening time?

Yes

Predictable - Written like an action movie

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

I enjoyed this book but the storyline was straight out of a Hollywood action movie. You could easily predict every turn. The narrator was great though.

Anticlimactic

Fast paced, exciting, but end seemed rushed and flat. Either another book(s) are yet coming or Patterson just got tired left me needing more to finish.
