Great book

Great story!
I loved it & loved the characters!
One of Nora Roberts best! It kept me on the edge of my seat for the entire book

I have found a new author to add to my list of favorites!

This was an incredibly sweet, very well-written love story, with elements of mystery/thriller. Absolutely the ONLY negative was that it does have a few fairly explicit sex scenes. Normally, this is a deal-breaker for me - something that would cause me to return the book without even finishing the story...
But I lived the story and characters so much, and the scenes were handled tastefully enough, that I just decided to fast-forward a bit in those parts because I NEEDED to know what happened to the characters next. Apart from a handful of sexual scenes and a bit of cussing, it is just a fantastically told, very wholesome, heartwarming story of live and redemption.
I wish the author would rework it a bit to release a "PG or G rated" version, so I could share it with friends and family who would ONLY enjoy it without the sex and cussing! This is a truly gifted author, and a truly enjoyable story!

This is one of the best books. It really kept my interest thru the whole book. I used it during my drives, wonderful.

absolutely, never wanted to park the car so I could keep listening.

A MUST LISTEN!!!!!

SOOOOOO good. I finished it in 2 days. EXCELLENT narration! I loved everything about this story. My first Nora Roberts book, but not my last. You won't be disappointed.

Entertaining

Somewhat unrealistic, but entertaining nonetheless. I'm not a fan of romance novels but Roberts strikes a nice balance of plot and romance.

What made the experience of listening to The Witness the most enjoyable?

Nora Roberts has done her homework on this story. The facts were impeccable. Her knowlege of all aspects of computers, electronics, guns, geography, human nature drew me well into the story.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Witness?

The final revenge that Liz or aka Abigail had in court. She was well prepared and would take no argument from anyone to finally get her total revenge,. Very Satisfying!

Which scene was your favorite?

Where Abigail reallized tht she was just as normal as her boyfriends people and friends during the Barbeque family get together

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes but sleep demanded I reluctantly put it away until the next session.

Any additional comments?

Loved this book. Thinking about listening to it again. It is so rich with details and facts that a second hearing would point out more that I may have missed, I'm sure.
