If they liked romance novels and overused plots I recommend it. The whole religious cult theme has been well explored by many other books; I think she picked two of the characters right out of the Davinci Code - gag!
Well, I usually avoid romance because I prefer to have my characters be real not Barbie and Ken dolls.
I think Jan Maxwell did as good a job as possible with the material she had to work with.
love audio books - Anglophile
I must have listened to the abridged version in the past, but I had only the barest memory of the plot. I prefer this unabridged version - couldn't stop listening.
Say something about yourself!
better story line (this story has been WAY overdone)
probably will take a break from Sandra Brown for a while
Someone who can do a mans voice. All her voices sounded the same. Made it too hard to keep track of the different characters.
the list is long............
had a hard time finishing this book. VERY hard time.
Love Sandra Brown, but this one wasn't good.
Probably not. Maybe needs to be read.
Multi character voices sounded too much alike.

This book was amazing! There are so many twist and turns that you almost have to go back and listen again just to catch them all! I would highly recommend this book to anyone. It's perfect for a road trip!
Sassy dialogue, humor, and a great reader are important to me.
good old fashion SB work. Will not disappoint
yup, one of SB better stories
just ok male voice. Victor Selzack is still worth the $$$ for reading the phone book
The premise was great. Then it got stupid, quick. Basic police policies were ignored all over the place making it impossible to enjoy,
The police policies. They had a witness and potential suspect in the room being questioned along with others and then took him to an active crime scene sight and had him come in. I stopped listening after that.
