The contents of an ancient scroll set in motion a deadly quest for the tomb of Solomon and the long-lost treasure of the Second Jewish Temple. The Project team is up against a madman who believes he is the last high priest of an ancient and cruel god. He seeks the Seal of Solomon and the mystical powers he's sure it will bring him. He'll stop at nothing to get what he wants, including murder and treachery.
From the streets of Beirut to the barrens of Saudi Arabia and the wild canyons of Ethiopia, the Project team follows a strange trail of confusing clues in search of Solomon's bones and the sacred heritage of a nation.

I am at that half a century mark in years. I enjoy audiobooks, cats, rats and most days my family, not necessarily in that order!lol
Jack de Golla does a wonderful job narrating this exciting, action packed book about a current day tyrant who believes he is the last high aztec priest, cruel god who is to bring justice to the world.I was given this book free of charge for an honest review.
I haven't read the print version, but I do love how Jack de Golia consistently portrays each of the main characters and brings them to life. Even if I read the book, I would hear Jack's version of each character in my mind.
I don't know of any other action series that has strong female characters as well as solid male characters, and I haven't heard any others narrated as well as Jack de Golia narrates the Project series.
Jack's skill helps develop the characters in a way that I wouldn't be able to do as well if I was reading it.
Absolutely! The Project series make me glad I have such a long commute!
Best series out there!
The Project team has a new assignment and a new member to evaluate while on assignment. Look elsewhere for spoilers, the publisher's blurb is adequate.
This author and series is new to me, but it is now on my Must Read list! The premise of a super covert operations team is not new, nor the concept of history and madness colliding in the Middle East. What is new is the sinuous story line with compelling characters and real brain-grabbing ability. Think we can blame the author for sleep deprivation due to the Just One More Chapter Syndrome?
Jack de Golia gives further depth to the characters, and has a clear voice with good enunciation which really adds to the overall addictiveness of the tale.
