Not a lot of edge of your seat suspense. I think it could have been. Dragged a but in places but still entertaining.
I think Jim Meskimen did a very good performance. I've never listened to anything he's done before but will certainly look for him in the future.
This was every well written and researched. At times I felt like I was listening to a cultural/regional book rather then a mystery/espionage. I do think I learned some about the Afghanistan nation and that not a bad thing. I think the narrator did an excellent job or I may have turned it off. The book sells for $5.95 and for that it is definitely worth the price.!
