Lackluster

Unfortunately there was not enough intrigue to qualify as a thriller. This book only works well if a series is in the making. The part of Noah started well but fell off at the end. It was an ok first try, however if Glenn intends to continue in the political thriller genre,his characters need to stand out from the rest of the book. ie: Mitch Rapp This genre needs to read like a legal or medical thriller. Glenn has the less violence part down but he needs to bring in a more Mission Impossible feel to it.

mind opener

this is a great modern day thriller. much more interpersonal than raw action, but a great mind opener to possibilities that could be reality without engagement! i am a Beck fan anyway, but really liked his fiction work.

Spellbinding. Cound not stop listening!

Great story and very well written. I was not expecting such a well written novel with a powerful plot.

I can't wait for his next novel!

When he settles down, Glenn Beck is actually a good story teller. He explains a lot as a story that is very real in today's world. I like the book. It enlightened me and entertained at the same time.

It's a good book

A good book, that kept me intrigued throughout. I like the story line the characters seemed a little too "stereotypical" at times. I found a lot of similarities to the Star Wars trilogy (1st and best).

Stunningly Frightening

When I first read this book 5 years ago, it frightened me.

After reading it today, January 25th, 2021, it down-right terrified me.

So, SO many things have clicked. I cant believe that when i read this book years ago, it just sat in a closed box in the back of my mind, even with all that has happened over the last few years.

I feel like i have not only failed myself, but my country, my family.

The similarities of this book to the last few years is simply...outstanding. And i dont know what to do.

Timely Explanation of Recent a Events

If one steps back from the obvious "conspiracy" nature of this, the book can be viewed as a metaphor encouraging us all to be diligent in insisting that our elected officials return to Founding Principles. If the American experiment fails, it is because "We the People" have forgotten that in America we are in charge-not the elected officials, not the bureaucrats, not the businesses. We must take back our power.
