One of my favorites.

The Millenium Trilogy was perfectly wrapped up with this third installment. This novel is definitely my favorite of the three, and made me love the characters even more than I already did. You learn a lot, and people change, new people are introduced and things are all neatly wrapped up at the end.

I wish the author were still here to write the rest of the novels because, in my opinion, what follows (after this novel) does not at all properly represent what could have been.

I miss the characters but regret buying the books that follow this. David Lagercrantz just does not write like Steig did.

Rest easy, Steig. I wish you were still here.

May Lisbeth Salander and Mikhail Bloomquist live forever. I've learned so much from listening to Larson's books. Perhaps Mikhail was fashioned after himself.
Simon Vance is pure genius in this trilogy. How he managed to keep up with so many characters is precisely his genius.

Overall a good story, however; I listen while trying to nod off. With all the subplots and people to remember, I can't sleep or I completely lose what is happening.

As complicated a bowl of spaghetti as 'War and Peace'.

I've seen and read book 4 and just watched book 1 and books 2 and 3 are by far favorites. Now on to book 5.

Must read. Lisbeth and Blumquist at their finest. Can't wait to read more about their friendship.

if you like 'police' dramas, this is a most read. as the third book of the series, I could not put down. very well written and the reader is SUPERB. The best so far of any book I have listened to. I will miss Salander and this group of characters...
