I'm new to the world of audiobooks, and so purchased this without realizing it was the abridged version. That, combined with the cliched writing of Grisham in the first place, made this a chore to get through, so its being abridged turned out to be a good thing! The narrator wasn't up to the task of changing voices for all the different weird characters. All the women sounded ridiculous, and the West Indian who had a Russian accent was just too much for me.
"Typical John Grisham superb story"
Great story, i really enjoyed it, but if i could change anything, I'd get rid of the annoying 80s music. Don't need music in an audiobook!!!
