Didn't work as an audiobook
I read this years ago and wanted something fun for a long drive. I am not sure if this was an abridged version or if it was just much worse than I remember, but it just didn't work for me.
Also, the reading was actually well done but the music behind the reading was not.
Disappointing!

A Condensed Version of The Original Work
I have not read the actual novel, nor have I seen the movie. This work is ok. I don’t have any idea how accurate it is compared to the original full length novel. There is music in the background throughout that personally I found very distracting. I suppose it is an acceptable product to familiarize oneself with the premise of the series presuming it is relatively accurate. I have no intention of listening to this work again. Thank You….

I wish I had listened
I wish I had read all the reviews before I purchased this audio book! This was my first experiance with audible and I was not aware that those books that do not say "Unabridged" are indeed abridged. That being said, this book was not terrible, that is all I can say for it. I have to agree that the movie will not help fill in the blanks, the only things that are the same are the character names, and that Bourne cannot remember who he is or what he does. Beyond those two things, the book and the movie are completely different stories. I just wish Audible offered the Bourne books unabridged! This version is much too confusing.

Abridged
Did not realize this was an abridged copy of this book. This has always been one of my favorite books and wanted my husband to listen to it. So disappointing that it is abridged. So much of the story is missing.

Not exactly sure hat was expected.
This in only about 2 1/2 hrs long and seems to be edited heavily and seems to jump around a lot. Very disappointed
