Number one New York Times best-selling author Daniel Silva delivers another stunning thriller in his latest action-packed tale of high stakes international intrigue featuring the inimitable Gabriel Allon.
Legendary spy and art restorer Gabriel Allon is poised to become the chief of Israel's secret intelligence service. But on the eve of his promotion, events conspire to lure him into the field for one final operation. ISIS has detonated a massive bomb in the Marais district of Paris, and a desperate French government wants Gabriel to eliminate the man responsible before he can strike again.
They call him Saladin.... He is a terrorist mastermind whose ambition is as grandiose as his nom de guerre, a man so elusive that even his nationality is not known. Shielded by sophisticated encryption software, his network communicates in total secrecy, leaving the West blind to his planning - and leaving Gabriel no choice but to insert an agent into the most dangerous terrorist group the world has ever known. She is an extraordinary young doctor as brave as she is beautiful. At Gabriel's behest, she will pose as an ISIS recruit in waiting, a ticking time bomb, a black widow out for blood.

Never disappointed by Daniel Silva's stories and George Guidall delivers them perfectly for the listener.
"Thoroughly absorbing - totally enjoyable"
I can almost image this as a film. Each character is credible, clearly defined and totally plausible. This, for me, was the kind of book that I did not want to end. Highly recommended!
"My first Daniel Silva book, it was wonderful"
My first Daniel Silva book, it was AMAZING, narrated by George Guidall who did a stunning job narrating the book. I highly recommend it!
I loved this book but I always new I would as this author is at the top of the game. His plot lines are just so good and the books are so full of action, adventure and intreag. I will always listen to any book this author releases. If you want agood spy thriller then give this ago. What could I say about this narator but I could listen to him for hours and hours and enjoy every minute. The only slight bad thing I could say is that audible don't have the whole series available, so please try and get the missing audio books.
