Audible Editor Reviews

John Mannering, also known as the Baron, has a peculiar way of finding trouble. In this adventure from famed crime writer John Creasey, the Baron heads east to India in hopes of purchasing a collection of blue diamonds. A group of fanatical patriots, the Bundi, however, have no interests in letting the Baron just waltz right through. Veteran actor Phillip Bird gives an enthusiastic and sharp performance that pushes the adventure to its tension-filled climax, making this production of The Baron Goes East another must-listen from one of the great crime and mystery writers.
