Enjoyable
The Amateur Executioner is a well researched and well written story by Dan Andriacco and Kiernan McMullen. American Edward Hale, is living in London and working as a reporter on a case of a hanged man staged as a suicide. More deaths follow and Hale meets and interviews different witnesses and suspects, both real and fictional. It’s a great blend of fiction, history and Holmes in a fast paced engaging mystery. The narration by Martyn Clements is very good. I receiveda free audiobook code for my honest review.
