Having been set up for the murder of Princess Diana in Paris, a freelance "accident man" (i.e. killer) hunts down the ones responsible. Including a lot of quite graphic violence, this audio book is certainly not for the faint of heart.
Interesting story, even eleven years after the factual events in Paris took place. Certainly not giving any new insights to the death in the tunnel, it nevertheless is a captivating thriller, with a solid performance by narrator Stephen Crossley.

I have. Twice. I can't spoil it for you ... the revelation of the plot is one of the niftiest pieces of writing. It's a classic to refer people to who have never listened to an audio book ... you know the type ... when you say "I listen to audio books when I go to the gym ... I hate the gym so much, only audiobooks and podcasts make it bearable". They look at you smugly and say" I could never listen to an audiobook .. I like to sit and read ... blah blah". Yeah right. They read three books a year. Give this book a gym session and they'll be hooked. On exercise, on audiobooks and on The Accident Man.
I can tell you .. but I'd ruin it for you. So I won't.
All of them. Stupid question.
It gave me a few ideas on how to get rid of someone...
Don't think about it. Buy it. I guarantee - if you like a thriller - you won't be disappointed.
"Great book shame about..."
Tom writes a great book. The characters are true and their exploits and experiences based upon life.
The only downside is the narrator. He tries accents beyond his abilities and ruins a lot of scenes. The one character who suffers most is the beautiful sidekick who is described as the most complete honey trap ever. The accent portrays her as something opposite to that.
