ANOTHER GOOD ONE FROM HARLAN COBEN
For me this book started off slow but built into a good story with many twists and turns. I did not guess the ending - which is a pleasant surprise. I will try another one of his books soon.

Edgy as in twist and turns. Outstanding
This would have been a five star. I must the book is written very well. My only issue is with the narrator. The voice was too harsh as well as sounding to old for the narrative. In spite of that the book was enthralling.

Awful narration
I actually have this paperback, but haven’t read it since 2009, so when it went on sale, I bought this audiobook.
The narration is atrocious. He reads at a glacial pace and his voice sounds like he’s got a nose filled with 8 pounds of chocolate pudding. It will take a miracle to get me to finish. The only reasons I have lasted a few chapters already are that so have zoned out, and that I recently quit on a different audiobook, and don’t want to do so again.

Interesting twists
This was a fast paced interesting book. There were some twists sprinkled in and overall I liked it. I am not sure I loved it enough to seek out another of his books anytime soon.
The narrator's voice did irritate me periodically and I ended up turning it off. I found the pitch to be overstimulating.

This thriller gets my very highest recommendation!
This is a Harlan Coben standalone novel. It is easily one of the most suspense filled novels I have read. It is Coben at his best.
