I so very much enjoyed this book.I could not stop...then was upset that I had finished it so soon !
Crais is such a talented writer, he holds your attention from the first page to the last and leave you begging for more.

awesome dog story

I enjoyed the story of how the suspects got caught, Maggie healed and seen Scott as pact. it was a good combination of animal s nd criminal behavior.

Heartwarming Suspense

this was a really great story. I really enjoyed the way that the author built in the relationship between the characters. Definitely worth a listen.

What did you like best about this story?

The bonding of two souls, one human, one canine. Both had been deemed unfit for further service, but together, accomplished more than many before them could do.

What does MacLeod Andrews bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He has many dialects for the different characters. A smooth, very easy to listen to manner of speech.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I almost cried when I thought Maggie was shot near the conclusion.

Excellent book

Totally enjoyed this audio book. The writer understands dogs and the necessary training. Good read.

This is my 1st book about Police dogs

I never really thought much about police dogs and their place and this was very interesting and and I enjoyed the story line.

A Thrill Ride

Absolutely loved this story. it shows the deep relationships with the animals wuth whom we share this planet. plus, the story is good, too.

Not the best name for this fine book!

Great story told from the perspective of a police dog in many parts! Excellent character development, including the dog, Maggie. I enjoyed the book very much and would recommend for a unique turn on a police mystery.

Dog lovers should hear this one!

Do another book on Scott and Maggie!

I loved this book! My heart ached for both Scott and Maggie. I cried at the end and wanted another book to continue their journey! You can’t get better than MacLeod Andrew’s to tell this story. I read this book when it first came out and this is my third time hearing it. Anything Robert Crais writes is not to be missed!
