Bizarre suicides, new boyfriends, a sadistic stalker, a complicated father - Taylor Campbell has her hands full. Called in to help figure out the cause of a rash of suicides in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the young woman faces her worst fears as she struggles to solve the mystery, maintain her sanity, and dodge the fate seemingly deemed her.
This psychological thriller takes you deep inside the mind. Not your typical audiobook - you will listen to hours filled with apprehension and curiosity. Be prepared to listen all night!
For adults only due to violent and sexual content.

I love documentary-style pieces and occasionally fiction.
scary addictive engrossing
Things just kept happening to the protagonist. Her normal looking life came apart piece by piece as she worked to figure out why people kept kiling themselves.
She brought the story to life.
Worse that your worst nightmare, because you can't even dream this stuff up.
It's not overly gory even though it talks about violent acts. Be ready for a family that is dysfunctional below the surface, medical people that aren't trying to cure anyone, an uppity person that loses their tall and an ending you aren't predicting. It is sexy in places but it's real -- it doesn't have supernatural or fantasy stuff. It's like the worst things that could actually happen. In the middle of it all, a sweet cat, best friends, a psychiatric hospital, a police department and a girl who's trying to find her way. I've got to listen again to see how many clues I catch the second go round. This seems to be the author's first novel but the red herrings, plotting and character development are very professional. She focuses on the characters while giving you just enough scene to build the picture in your mind. A must read if you like thrillers or suspense!
I am a retired school counselor (middle and elementary) and an avid reader. I am a lover of great mysteries, quirky protagonists, and medical/scientific non-fiction. I travel a lot and love the freedon audiobooks give me to drive, work, and relax while enjoying a good book. On my ipod I have eclectic musical selections as well as audiobooks. I will strive to never steer you wrong in a review.
A decent writer who understands written English
I still enjoy mystery/thrillers but will NEVER read or listen to a book from this author. I cannot imagine how it got onto an Audible list of available books as it is amateurishly, written to the extreme. Plot lines are laughable (a character is believed to have committed suicide by cutting her own hand off with a saw and then cutting off her arm-PLEASE.
As a retired English teacher I can say with authority that have taught adolescents who could have written a better book. This book should never have been an Audible.com selection..
Her voice was flat, her pacing was off and she was not professional
Disappointment, a feeling of having been taken- I would like my money back
