Dale Kinsall considers himself adjusted to his new location - the eccentric clinic staff, the altitude and climate of the high desert, and his new role in his community. He doesn't anticipate the threatening series of rhyming notes on his desk.

I love this series. The characters are charming and well written and you can related to them easily. I like the feel and the pace of the book. Not too stressful and just the right mix of mystery and back-ground story line.
Sully of course, the dog is my favourite character because he is just so adorable. But there are a lot of likable characters in the book, all with their quirks and charms.
I like the reader's voice. It suits the tone of the book, and he does the many characters well.
Dale! Dale!! I think I'll eat it.
I didnt like this one quite as much as the first one, but I'll still buy the next one pronto. More please!!
No--I have lots more books to listen to.
Sometimes it did...It moved along well and was enjoyable.
I especially like how he does the voice of Sully the beagle...he really captures the beagle personality.
Cute story with likeable characters.
I enjoyed it. I think the character development was better in this book and the plot, although a bit far-fetched at times was good and had me guessing. It was nicely paced and didn't drag. I will look forward to the next in the series.
