Suspense is a modern radio series that entertainingly retells some of the most suspenseful old-time melodramas originally told from stage, screen, radio, and in fiction.
In Suspense, Episode 1: Cool Air, a young NYC woman and struggling writer, Agatha Howard, gets to know her enigmatic upstairs neighbor, an eccentric doctor with a highly unusual physical allergy to any and all types of heat. As Ms. Howard learns more about the widower, Dr. Munoz, things begin to get very strange indeed.
Agatha Howard is performed by Adrienne Wilkinson with tender, wide-eyed naiveté. Daamen Krall, channeling his best Bela Lugosi, performs Dr. Munoz with brooding mystery.
A struggling young writer befriends a Spanish physician afflicted with a most unusual ailment- an aversion to heat. Adapted from the short story by H.P. Lovecraft, it also stars Christopher Duva and Dana Perry-Hayes.
SUSPENSE is a revival of "radio's outstanding theatre of thrills", which ran from 1942-1962. Featuring a mix of original scripts and adaptations of pulp-era short fiction, all performed by our crack company of Hollywood talent, this new version of an old classic is well-calculated to keep you in...SUSPENSE!

Yes I would, it was very wonderfully done. Just like an old radio show. I am looking forward to other episodes of this series.
The genuine creepiness of the tale of a lonely dying man and his kindly neighbor. Would you go out of your way to help a recluse?
Their characterizations were spot on and made you care for them and their problems.
When the girl realized he would die if she didn't get him help.
