The narration is the best I have ever heard - so many voices that were so realistic.

I liked the colorful and authentic language. The storÿ also held my interest throughout. I enjoyed it iimmensely.

It was very different from the author's police mysteries.

I did not listen to the whole book. I like Ed McBain novels, but this one had too much graphic sex for me. Never did get to the point of the story after about 20 minutes of listening. The woman was a nympho.
