Much of this book is about the wedding - the parties, bridal showers, extended families and clothes. If you are not interested in these things, you could skip this book and go on to the next in the series.
There is a mystery with some pretty good plot twists, but it seemed to be an afterthought. I did not get the same "sense of place" from this story as I have from earlier entries in the series.
Even so, Margaret Maron is one of my three favorite authors and I will continue to read this series.
If always love her characters and her lively writing style
An excellent narrator of Maron and Joan Hess. She really nails the accent
9 hours.....Get real
I am waiting breathlessly for MMs next book. I love them
