Realistic
I’m sure this is a fairly accurate story relative to spycraft of the US and the Soviet Union. The story was brutal and cruel in places. I did not like the ending, but I suppose it does leave the author open to a sequel.

Movie was excellent too!
One of the few books where I liked the movie as much or more than the book. The movie follows the book quite well, except the movie is a compilation of all the books- since I have seen the movie not sure I will opt for all the books.
