Good story. not Clancy ' best but still gpod

This is the first of Clancy 's books that doesn't contain nearly as much detailed description and technical information as the previous works. The story is still good, but Clancy doesn't paint nearly as informative 8 picture as in previous works. Still much better than many other authors of the same genre.

Not the Best not the Worst

I found this book to be interesting but pretty shallow. It went on for far too long and there were a lot of repeat descriptions and thoughts by the characters. The subject matter of the book was interesting however the character development was really lacking.
the insight into an orderly military mind is really accurately portrayed and for that it was a good read. also this represents I certainly go in the American psyche that we are the best and everyone else needs our help. it would have been interesting to get a different point of view from all of the different ethnicities represented and cultures that could have been explored in each of the operations in the different countries.

First Clancy novel I've read. really liked it and will be continuing to read his works. Narrator was pretty bad ass, some parts I zoned out on but overall the experience was good.

Great book. Easy to listen to.

What did you love best about Rainbow Six?

Believable story. To bad a team like this can't exist in today's world.
This is very much how the UN was supposed to work.

Clark. A good man with character.

Which scene was your favorite?

The little girl in the amusement park and taking down the terrorist who killed her.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Taking down the terrorist that shot the little girl.

The main characters and continuation through the Ryan series.

Another Clancy Masterpiece

Rainbow Six is everything you love about Clancy. Deep, engaging story that builds to a satisfying conclusion. It took me a while to get used to this narrator. I've heard better ones, but he wasn't bad. Well worth the investment of time.

Awesome story that starts out kind of slow but gets you on the edge of your seat by the end. Performance was pretty good but there was often times where it cut out and I couldn't tell if there was something missing.

Epic!

This is the kind of story I love. Lots of action and a really detailed development of characters. I will look for more like this. Tom Clancy is right in my wheelhouse!

Great story. horrible presenter

Michael has none of the presentation quality of Lou Diamond Phillips or Scott Brick. Monotone, broken and hard on the ears. It took half the book to tolerate him.
