But the team is broken, spread across the globe, and vulnerable.

Scrambling to make sense of the violent disappearances and fighting to reunite, the team comes face to face with an otherworldly enemy. Taking the battle to the ends of the Earth - and beyond - the team combats a savage enemy whose centuries-old plan for mankind has nearly reached fruition. If they fail, the planet will become little more than a fully stocked food cache.

    "Jeremy Robinson does it again!!!!"
Would you listen to Ragnarok: A Jack Sigler Thriller again? Why?

You bet..just to catch anything I missed the first time! Jeremy Robinson does it again!! From start to finish, an action-packed, edge of your seat thriller! The Chess Team members are called once again to combat a new terror that threatens the existence of man and takes the team not only around the world but into a new dimension. This one is a Chess Team fan must read!!
Jeremy never fails to create a story I can become completely engrossed in. His characters are not static but continue to grow and change with each new challenge. I have read each of the books in this series and I cannot wait for the next. So often in this genre reoccurring characters are stereotypes. Not in Jeremy’s books! As a woman, I love that he offers up strong female characters in his books. Not just kick butt..and oh they are, but wonderfully written characters I can cheer for! Then again… all of his characters walk right off the page!
Of course Jeremy’s imagination is rivaled by none! He never fails to create new challenges for this team that blow me away! Still wiping virtual white goo off myself!! As always he leaves us wanting for more. Grab a cup of coffee, a cozy spot and settle in for a great read!

What other book might you compare Ragnarok: A Jack Sigler Thriller to and why?

Honestly there are a few I might compare it too..but I won't because his character development is so much better than most in the genre! I was so thrilled that I did not find static characters in his work!

Which character – as performed by Jeffrey Kafer – was your favorite?

Hmmm...I love Queen..but I think Bishop is the one I enjoyed the most in this book! Kafer did a wonderful job with the accents!!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Perhaps at the end..but I won't give that away!

    Any additional comments?

Cannot wait for the next one!!

    "Excellent story"
What did you love best about Ragnarok: A Jack Sigler Thriller?

Another awesome adventure with the Chess Team!!! It has everything you've come to expect with one of three books and I am very glad I read all the novellas between the last full novel and this one. If you haven't, you really should. Excellent book!!

    Any additional comments?

Jeffrey Kafer has a fantastic way of bringing the book to life. I love his interpretations of the characters, especially Rook, who continuously cracks me up.

    "A must listen"

I think this is the best book in the Chess Team stories so far. The team is back together, fighting other worldly creatures to save the world. I couldn't stop listening. Kafer is on fine form.

    Any additional comments?

I just had a hard time with this book. I could overlook the space aliens, the shifts in time from Viking era to modern day, the techo-babble about weapons. But the story line was incredible, as in strained my credibility. I gave up about the point where a former US president was revealed as the leader of a super-secret, transnational, ex-Delta force squad. It was just too much.

    "Gripping Entertainment"

Ragnarok by Jeremy Robinson and Kane Gilmour was an action packed, leave you at the edge of your seat thrill ride. Well written, you will find yourself rooting on and worrying about the entire team as they face some of the most hideous creatures out there.

The Narrator Jeffrey Kafer was well spoken and his use of fluctuation and audio elements gave the story a real life feel and made for an easy listen.

I highly recommend you give this one a go, you will not be disappointed. Cannot wait to see where the team goes next!

    "Extremely good thriller..."

I don't know what to say...

I've been a Jeremy Robinson fan for a while now, and especially so for his Chess Team series, so I was quite exited when I could get this one early...

It sure didn't disappoint. Sets out in a furious pace and never let's up. You gotta try and hang on in the twists and turns, when bullets and...err...other(?) things fly around your head. At least...that is what it felt like when I was listening to the audiobook.

This one is highly recommended...especially if you like adventure/thrillers. Can't wait for more...
