The very best. Dick Francis never disappoints.
Dick Francis always found a way to make you love the protagonist, who was always humble while finding himself in the middle of the mystery. This one is one of his best.

Most enjoyable and enthralling
Were it a book, I would have to say that I could not put it down. Very much by accident I found an entrancing story written with literary quality, and narrated as if lived in real life. I have no higher compliment to offer this unexpectedly delighting gem.

Superb & Enthraling
Would you consider the audio edition of Proof to be better than the print version?

Dead Heat. The reason is that the main hero of the book is also unjustly accused of poisoning people with his food.

Excellent narration
I have always enjoyed books by Dick Francis, and it was fun to listen to one for a change. The narration was especially well done - the reader changed his voice enough through pitch and accents so that you always knew who was talking.
