great read

Another fantastic job narrating by Peter Herman. nice job by Patterson to craft interweaving tales and manage to tie up all loose ends.

All around great story!

I was sceptical at first. I dove in and found myself anticipating the next time I would be able to listen. The story is fantastic. Anyone that knows James Patterson understands that. The book is dark but it shows the struggles of investigators, family and criminals. Fantastic book, pick it up now.

Peter Hermann is one of the best narrators I have heard to date.

An easy to follow story line, Pretty good characters. Voice is Smooth. Good for a road trip.

Story was engrossing, characters were emotionally filling, but ending didn't fit. Reader was good. Loved the book overall, as expected for these authors.

I know that James Patterson is a relatively famous author but for whatever reason, this is my first Patterson book. Perhaps that's why I've given this book five stars; I don't have any other books to compare it to. I loved it.

I loved that it involved more than one mystery.
I loved Jack Morgan.
I loved the backstory.
I loved the relationship Jack had/has with his team.
I loved how they finally got the bad guys. All of them.

The narration was near perfection. Male voices can go one way or the other with me and this one was melty-macho.

I got this audiobook free and it was incredible! I'm not always a fan of this author but this is one of the good ones that makes me keep reading him.

Thank you Audible for this wonderful gift to members. This was an excellent rendering by James Paterson and a great introduction to a new series. Great story and character development. It kept me on the edge of my seat. I am looking forward to reading the next installment in this new series about the "Private" Agency
