Good read (listen).

I have completed both the Alex Cross and Women's Murder Club series so I enjoy James Patterson. I thoroughly enjoyed Private and will continue the next two books in the series.

Morgan versus Morgan

As with the first private novel, #1suspect spins multiple mysteries at the same time. I find this keeps any one of them from dragging out too long.

Good read

I was disappointed at first that it was a different narrator than the first book but the disappointment didn't last long. The narrator did a good job of giving different characters different voices & making them unique. The story was a little slow in the middle & seemed to wrap up too quickly & neatly but all in all it was a good story. I will be getting the next in the series.

very good second book!! keeps you coming back! I'm getting book 3 now :) the narrator is great, and James Patterson doesn't disappoint, characters are interesting, and I was on the edge of my seat waiting to hear what was gonna happen. I am looking forward to book 3

Liked it better than the original

The first book in the series was good. I really enjoyed this one. It had a lot more depth to it.

a good story, and interesting characters.

what I didn't like is the tendency to repeat, supposition and plot points mentioned a few chapters later multiple times.

the "Batman" Gravely voice for Jack was a bit annoying.
