Great listen for a long drive !!

What made the experience of listening to Private: #1 Suspect the most enjoyable?

I purchased this book to assist in a 24 hour drive to Colorado, It kept me awake!!

Double Trouble

Another engaging saga with familiar characters from the detective agency Private. More intrigue between the brothers, clients, and action filled. Narration is excellent.

What made the experience of listening to Private: #1 Suspect the most enjoyable?

This is where you expect the Private saga to go, great fast paced story. The narrator is outstanding, this is exactly what I'd expect Jack to sound like.

Great Narrator

The plot is OK, I enjoyed the narrator a lot. It's the second book I listened and I probably will listen to all the series.

Great listen and great voice for the character

Good story line with surprising twist. Very enjoyable. I want to see if there is a series.

Great read!

The book was nicely narrated, the only issue is that the main event that happened to Jack was left on the back burner until the last few chapters and then it seemed like the author rushed in wrapping up the story. He could have included more details in the middle as the middle was dull and dragged chasing minor events and cases that didn't tie to the main story. Otherwise it was a good read, excited to get the next book in the series.

Better than I expected

After listening to the 1st book in this series, which I found disappointing, I was surprised to find this one had more substance. Still had too many plot lines going on at once, but this time each one was better developed than in the pilot. Not as well done in jumping back and forth between plot lines as it could have been. Narration was good, with appropriate feeling. Will listen to more of these to see if they continue to improve.

Very suspenseful! I was excited to find a book that wasn't ho-hum and that was very intriguing.

As always good work by Patterson

I love this series, and most of pattersons work. But honestly the narrator made it for me. I listened to the first private and he really made the story come to life for me

I prefer audio books to print so I can listen in the car.

The plo moved fast, but not too fast and was very interesting.
