Great book so much better than the movie
Would you listen to Patriot Games again? Why?
Probably not its a one time thing
What was one of the most memorable moments of Patriot Games?
I love his little girl she is so adorable when she yell's daddy!
What does Scott Brick bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Nothing significant, it didn't distract me from the story.

This book Is very good addition to the Ryan series. Each book follows very easily in the time line order. Having seen the movie first, you will be very unhappy about how the movie treated the book. The book is a true well told story unlike the movie that only gives a glimpse of the story. Enjoy this and savor it as it should be.

Great book!
We just drove 2000 miles in RV. Listened to this book the entire way. It was awesome!!! Scott Brink did excellent voices, pace was perfect, and story line was intriguing. Loooong book which was a plus!

Action, adventure and romance
Love these early Jack Ryan novels. Jack Ryan is our generations John Wayne movies in many ways. Good vs. evil with twists and turns in the plot line.
Very happy to listen to this on a long road trip.

a fun book
I liked this book a lot, it has a fun story and great characters. However, I found it a bit predictable in parts and Jack should have had more Marine training and time in service to make his character more believable.
As a former active duty Marine I really appreciated all the parts the Marines played.

Good but not great
get ready for about 20 hours worth of drawn out exposition dialogue and details and about 10 hours of intermittent action. The narration is excellent and the narrator does a great job at the different accents and voiceover work.
