Facing ugly family secrets and heart-rending evidence, Jill is still convinced her daughter is alive. But when the dragnet begins to close around them, Jill realizes the worst: If the police believe she has killed her daughter, that means they aren't out there looking for the real perpetrator. They aren't hunting for Sophie or the person who still has her.

Great story

I couldn’t wait to listen to the next chapter. So many twists and turns. Really kept you guessing. Thoroughly enjoyed.

This book was so great. This was a fantastic thriller. It kept me on my seat. I had to finish listening to this story till the end. What a twisted ending. I never thought it was ever going to end. Fantastic writing. The narrator was fantastic too.

I couldn’t stop listening to this book until I knew how it concluded. Great story, great suspense and great narrator.

Excellent

I usually only listen to audible in my car or when I run. This book was so good, I listened to it getting ready for work, cooking in the kitchen, late in the evening....just so I can see what happened! Highly recommend if you like suspense books.

Wow!!!

I can't believe I have never heard of this book until now!! I binge on suspense and thriller and psychological thrillers and yet this little gem was here all along?!?? New favorite voice! New favorite book!! Awesome story!! It's a nail biter for sure but such a wild ride!!!!!!!

Ughhh why do narrators think baby voice is ok?!

Story is good and I enjoyed it. What I couldn’t enjoy is the fact narrators think using a baby voice is ok. Stop doing it!! 7 year old don’t sound like that. It’s so cringey and takes away from the seriousness of the story
