New favorite series!!!

I absolutely loved these books! All three are fantastic! The first is a political thriller, which I usually don't enjoy, but it was fabulous. Election conspiracies with tons of twists and turns! The second is more of a "I know what you did last summer" mystery, also very good. Lastly, is a wonderful conspiracy murder mystery with a small political aspect and again with tons of twists and turns! The narrator does a fabulous job and is very engaging. I flew through these books, could not put it down! The characters were well developed and lovable. Cant wait to get more in the series! I received a free review copy of this book at my request in exchange for an honest review.

good solid detective work

Would you consider the audio edition of Mysteries, Thrillers and Killers: Crime Thriller Box Set to be better than the print version?

Yes, the narration is excellent and enhances a strong story line.

What did you like best about this story?

3 differents full size novels in one audio book.The 3 novels are all well written with strong believable characters and a realistic story line.Just solid detective tales, up there with the classics.

What does Johnny Peppers bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Johnny brings an exciting book to a higher life, he is so believable, I want to listen to more of his work.He narrates excellently.

If you like detective/thrillers this book is for you, well worth the time.I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.It is probably the best detective novel I've read in the last 3 years.

Box set review, Mysteries, Thrillers, Killers

Three great full length books for those who love the intrigue and mystery. As always Johnny Peppers brings us a great performance of the works by Roger Stelljes.

Great & love Narration

Great series, and enjoyed having them in a box set. The plot and characters are good. Shows the human side of how they work together. Rather during the hectic times, to keep them on the path. They shift thru the clues as a group which I like. They all work together, the clues or questions are shared. Enjoyable for anyone wanting a good mystery, these will definitely be ones to get.

who's interesting at times little grotesque at times a little sexy performance is pretty good.. it was really better than the sum of its parts

Riveting

I liked the books in this set!
Political intrigue, serial murders, and greed take center stage in this trio.
The McRyan Mystery Series is written well, with a depth of character that is threaded throughout each of the books. They hold your attention and are well worth your time!
Although Johnny Peppers doesn't have distinctive character voices, he is easy to listen to. I did find it a little hard, however, to keep track of who was talking during the dialog portions of the book.

good thing this is a fictional story, just leave your political propaganda out of the story. get enough on news.

Great Listen!

I spend countless hours in my job as inspector waiting for things to happen (and hoping they won't). Having read a previous work by R. Stelljes I gambled it would be worth the price to purchase this set. It was probably the best purchase I've made on Audible in the last little while. Great plots, fantastic character development all enjoyable read by Mr
Pepper. Recommend to all who enjoy detective novels.
