Very enjoyable listen.
What did you like best about Marine One? What did you like least?
Fascinating premise. Good look into the FAA crash investigation process. Also revealing look at civil suit process. What I liked least was several plot points and characters were not resolved well by book's end.

First Huston read. Will not be the last.

Adequate. Entertaining. Average.
Could you see Marine One being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
I would recast it with Grisham's the Rainmaker. Matt Damon as the lead attorney and Jon Voight as the sleazy civil attorney.

Interesting premise
I had never heard of James Huston or, to my knowledge, heard Joe Barrett but this book was so unexpectedly great that I will be purchasing more books by Huston and looking for books read by Barrett. If you like suspense and drama, and tense courtroom scenes you will enjoy this book.

Excellent!
I found this to be an excellent story. The further into it the more riveting it became. It has moments where I actually felt myself tense up and moments where I laughed out loud.
I enjoy this narrator too. He did one other audio book that I have listened to.

A terrific must listen! Bravo!
I am so very excited when a good book (and listen) comes to my attention. With so man books in the market, we all hope to find those few books that will enchant us with a riveting story. This book combines elements of a thriller, politics, conspiracy and courtroom drama with great writing. A wonderful find. I only wish there was more, or this author will continue to make works of comparable quality. Please support good authors and good audio productions.

Pretty Good Overall Read
Pretty much a court precedural with all the research and investigation that goes with them but wrapped around a pretty interesting event of Marine One going down. Overall a pretty good listen. The ending sort of just drops off but other than that not bad. Worth a credit.

Totally captivating from the beginning.
