Publisher's summary

Myron hasn't heard from Terese Collins in years. Not since their affair ended with no explanation. There had been no contact since, so her call catches him off guard. She's in Paris, she says, in trouble, and only Myron can help. She tells him a sad story she's never before revealed: a good marriage, her struggles to get pregnant, the happiest moment of her life when her only child was born, the day everything she'd ever loved was taken from her. In the years since, Terese has had no contact with her ex-husband, until the phone call that brought her to Paris.

When she gets there he's been murdered, and she's a suspect. But then comes a startling piece of evidence that turns the entire case upside down, laying bare Terese's long-buried family secrets in a most shocking way and leaving Myron nowhere to turn for help. Caught in a foreign landscape where nothing is as it seems, he must tear apart the city - and eventually the globe - fighting for answers to unfathomable questions that will take Myron, and millions of Harlan Coben readers, where they have never gone before.

Wow… Amazing

Book starts off slow but wow it gets really good after about 5 chapters. I love HC.

Lots of Doors Opened

Welcome back Myron. A very plausible story line with all the familiar characters. Coban has opened all kinds of new possibilities with this tale which wraps up very neatly but enough doors are left open that Coban could take Myron and his friends in any number of directions. That said, I miss Jonathon Marosz. I have come to "picture" the main characters by the voice inflections of Marosz so that, while Steven Weber does a credible job, it's almost as if we have new characters.

Keep MB Sports Reps going but bring back Jonathon Marosz.

Too much torture

Really good book - hard to put down but some of the scenes were just a bit too graphic- nightmares tonight- but amazing surprise ending that literally gave me chills- so definitely recommending this story.

Really enjoyable

This was my 1st Coben book - now I'm back for more. Really enjoyed the narrator. I listen in my car - this kept me driving further distances.

New narrators listen up!

Did Weber even listen to any of the other books in the series (narrated by Marosz)? I mean "Esperanza Diaz" - the author even goes so far as to describe the fact that she is Latina, why doesn't she sound like it? The Weber does not have a bad voice; I would listen to any other book he has read as long as he does not come in mid series where the tone of the characters has already been established. I'd much rather read this book than listen to it again. Not because it is a bad story or the performance was bad, I just get used to characters sounding a certain way and I don't like that spell being broken.

Steven Weber is amazing

You should have Steven Weber narrate all of your books. His manner of speaking brings your characters to life in a way that other narrators have not been able to do

Very Exciting with lots of the unexpected

What was one of the most memorable moments of Long Lost?

The entire book left me wondering - really??!!
Could it be going on now, somewhere.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The basement scene brought fear. I could see the group in my mind.

Any additional comments?

The excessive sarcasm takes away at times. When Coben is in the midst of an exciting scene, he catches you and grabs you into the moment. But Bolitar's personality is too much at times. I Love Win.
This is one not to be missed.

Typical Harlan Coben

This story is somewhat predictable and follows the format found in this authors other books. I’ve read better by him but it’s worth reading. #tagsgiving #sweepstakes
