Don't mess w/ my daughter!
If you could sum up Kindness Goes Unpunished in three words, what would they be?
If you like Nevada Barr; Tony Hillerman; William Kent Krueger, you'll like this series. George Guidall narrates, and is an excellent narrator who can really change his voice to suit anyone: woman, child, old man, drunk, etc...
More back story about the father/daughter relationship of the main characters. Another wonderful series. I'm on book 5 and plan to listen to all of them back to back.

Gripping...
... in every sense of the word. Grabs you by the throat from the beginning and does not let go. Sentimental, yes - but not sappy. Just very, very moving. And exciting. And funny as well at times, despite the serious base to the story. Great book.
