Joey does it!
Joe Mantegna has the perfect voice for this book. I could visualize him in his role as if I were wAtching it on tv only better because books are so much better than tv. Great story with just enough twists and turns to be believable. So enjoyable.

Loved It!
I thought this was his best until I started reading Step On a Crack. Now I'm not sure which is his best. He just keeps getting better and better. I love the fact that most of his books are written where I grew up, Long Island and New York City. I can see all the places clearly as he describes them, and his dialogue is almost as good as Pat Conroy's.

Los of dead bodies
Imagine the most soulless mobster ever versus the most persistent FBI guy. Lots of surprises and a great listen to one of the best narrators. Easily got me through some long walks in the woods.
