Iris Johansen's beloved forensic sculptor, Eve Duncan, is back, and now the stakes are higher than ever.
Dramatic changes are on the horizon for Eve and Joe Quinn, and their relationship may never be the same. Faced with the task of protecting Cara Delaney, a young girl with ruthless enemies who want to see her dead, Eve takes her away to the remote Scottish Highlands, where they join Jane MacGuire in search of a hidden treasure. But nowhere is far enough away to protect Cara from danger.
With enemies closing in from all sides, Hide Away is a high-octane thriller that fans will not want to miss.

I have listened to many many audiobooks and this one is the only time I've given such a bad review… the plot is ridiculous, the dialogue is even more ridiculous, and it was an absolute chore to get through ... And many times the accents made me cringe…
a complete waste of a credit
I am an avid recorded book listener. I work at at elementary school, have 2 high schoolers and have very little time to sit and read. This is a great book fix for the perpetual motion in our lives we live these days.
I like strong women! In the first two books of this trilogy, she seems to have softened to the point of nearly whiney. Come on Iris, lets give Eve her spine back. I like the premise of the stories as they have so many directions to go. Will happily read/listen to the next book and hope.
Great listen! Had me interested the entire story. Hope the next book comes out soon

Iris Johansen did a brilliant job portraying the characters' relationships in this story. Blended with her usual skillful suspense. I'd recommend this book to anyone who loves the Eve Duncan books. I think this was one of her better books in this series!
And as usual, Elizabeth Rogers narrated this book very well!
This was an outstanding story read by an excellent narrator! Simply can't wait till the next book! The story ends but continues! Very well done!
I have read Iris Johansen in the past and loved it, I didn't enjoy this one
The narrator sucked!
She made everyone sound weak
It dragged and to no conclusion
Not at all like the previous Eve Duncan novels. Seemed like everyone wanted to take care of someone else. Most of the characters seemed too whinny. I've already purchased the next in the series, hope it's better. The narration was alright as usual.
Those who don't know what a good piece of literature is.
Show things not talk about them,
All of them.
The worst book I've ever listened to. Sounds like the first literary attempt of an unprofessional writer. Simply ridiculous.
